We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, no worries — you can return it! Please read our return policy carefully before sending anything back.

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your return, you’ll have another 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags and labels must still be attached.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, if possible.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear, and other intimate items cannot be returned unless defective.

Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

- Your order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- The reason for return

We’ll reply with the return instructions and shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
